The hotel was average. Nothing spectacular - nothing super bad. There wasn't a sign outside to tell us it was Extended Stay - the nice lady at the desk said there was a different company taking over. The place was clean, but the bathroom could've been just a lil bit more clean, but overall not bad for a 1 night stay.

Liked: Comfortable bed and the TV and fridge. The lady at the desk was super friendly.
Disliked: Could've been a lil more cleaner, but not bad for the price.

I probably won’t stay there...

Liked: The hotel was still under construction so that was really inconvenient. The staff were somewhat rude & short. You could tell that the renovations were rushed.

Liked: The hotel is so new it is not finished yet.The room was so pretty, it even has a kitchen including a microwave!
Disliked: It seems clean, but I think it is not cleaned up after every visitor.I found some trash from the air conditioning and hair from the sink.The room doesn’t have trash can

Disliked: The tv did not work the entire trip after they said someone was coming to fix it several times. The bed was very close to the bed.

Disliked: We called two weeks in advance and were told this was a pet friendly property. When we got there the whole first floor is a disaster zone as they are remodeling. There were tools everywhere. Plastic sheets up through the first floor. And then when I went to check in they tell me that they are not a pet friendly hotel when we confirmed two weeks prior that we could bring our pets! Then we get charge $150 for bringing our dogs. We talked to others who had dogs and they said they were never charged for their pets! We get into the room. We did not have hot water the entire time of our stay! The toliet didn’t flush and there were roaches in the room! This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in and on top of that this place is not called Suburban Studios anymore it’s called mainstays or something like that! DO NOT STAY HERE!
