Great staff, great location, great...

Liked: the rooms were big and equipped with everything that makes you feel at home
Disliked: the breaakfast bar didnt reflect the online booking photos, but it's better than most

It's better than other hotels...

Liked: It's in a nice location, the hotel didn't smell and the price was reasonable.
Disliked: The toilet was stopped up and I left a message that morning before going to work and maintenance was suppose to be notified to fix it, but they didn't. I had to get a plunger from the staff at the front desk . The 1st room 135 had part of the ceiling not properly repaired and trash was located under the bed. And 117 had mildew on the lower bathroom wall. Both bathroom could use Clorox bleach poured in the showers and on the walls and scrubbed with a brush for the areas with visible dirt noticed in both rooms.

Disliked: They are liars. Your site said the price was just over $76 and that was taxes and fees included. My card kept getting declined and when I called credit card company to ask why they said that the hotel had been trying to charge eighty something’s dollars. They added a hidden fee if $10 and some change. Then when I asked them about that they told me you and I both were lying. They said they didn’t do that.
