okay for 1 night.

Liked: lady at the desk was very nice. rooms were okay, some holes and stains and trash. location was a little sketchy. had a man with obviously bad intentions watch my moves, even try to talk to me in a very weird way.

Disliked: Everyday after work I would have to get my key reprogram when I originally paid for 3 nights. I be too tired to do that, I want to just go straight in the room and relax; not wait in line for my key to get activated or whatever. Saw some rodents and other people hair in the bathroom, the hair dryer area was so dusty like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. The wash clothes and towels were soooo dingy looking; glad I travel with my own. So basically before I got comfortable my first day, I had to reclean my room cause it wasn't throughly cleaned and no smell to say it has been cleaned.

Disliked: When I arrived (I had driven 4 hours prior), i had to use the restroom really badly. The lady at the counter informed me there was none. I told her I was a guest checking in and really had to go. I then asked her if there was really no bathroom in the lobby. She said rudely, "There is one, but it's not working." As I checked in, she continues to have an attitude. I put my phone in my purse, and she asked if I had taken some bag of pretzels that were at the counter.. I said no, what? She then said if you took those, I would have to charge you. I informed her I do not steal and would not take anything without asking. I had just put my phone in my purse. She said I didn't say you stole anything. I told her that she implied I did. Got checked into my room. There was no kitchen/ stove as pictured in the advertisement for the hotel. It's one of the reasons I booked the hotel.. unfortunately, it was not as pictured. The tub was backed up when you took a shower. I pulled a tremendous amount of hair out of the tub.. needles to say it was disgusting, but I wasn't gonna take a shower in a backed up tub. The phone was not hooked up to anything, and so I had to try and call from my phone or just go down to talk to them at the front about issues. I was very upset with my stay there. I will not be going back or recommending this hotel to anyone. I will also be writing a Google review.
