Liked: Beds comfy, quiet place to relax, liked the option to have an elevator, easy check in and check out

Liked: The hardwood floors
Disliked: The fact the door lock was broke all weekend and has to have staff open it each time we left

Disliked: The towels looked very yellow, I don't know if it's the color of the towels or that they were really already very used

Disliked: No towels and washcloths available at 5pm. We use got in from long hot work day and the towels and washcloths were being washed. We can’t shower without them uuuugghh!! We were there 5 nights not one time did our sheets get changed or bathroom cleaned floor vacuumed NOTHING!! I cleaned myself

Disliked: The hotel was horrible dirty sheets and towels my family had no choice to stay here because the hotel we booked canceled our reservations and there was no rooms close by all were booked ! I just felt unsafe too! We went to Walmart and purchased sleeping bags because the beds were horrible and also to purchase clean linen for my children to bath horrible stay!!!
