Liked: Very nice place, great location (lots of shopping choices near by, lots of restaurants) interstate ramps are within a half mile. Friendly and professional staff, laundry mat on site. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, large open closets and plenty of drawer space for clothing. Beds are comfortable. It's quiet, pet friendly. The bathrooms are nice. Large tub, unlimited hot water. Elevator in central location. Lots of parking space.

After having a reservation illegally...

Liked: The only thing I liked about this place was when I left.
Disliked: Every single aspect of it for starters, they canceled my reservation illegally and did not notify me or Booking.com. I showed up after flying 2000 miles to no room reservation and not even a symbol. I’m sorry the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. The hotel smelled of cat and dog vomit and urine.
