About what I expected. A little run down, but clean. Would have been nice to have continental breakfast.

Disliked: My husband and I drove there straight after work to only be told that our reservation was canceled due to them being booked up and I did not answer the phone while I was at work to confirm that I was still coming , and that they proceeded to try and charge my card when I selected the option to pay at the hotel but it declined due to using a different visa. I also did not give them authorization to do so nor was it in writing that it was in policy for them to do so before arriving. I have never had to call a hotel and confirm that I was still coming considering the reservation was already booked. The front desk then told me that I was in luck because he had a room open with the choice we had reserved ( A king room) . The room had not been cleaned. At all. Bed was not made, trash still in the room, towels and hair everywhere. Now the room being dirty did not bother me as much because all it needed was to be properly cleaned and sanitized. The front desks then tell me the cleaning staff had went home and there is no one to clean the room. WHY ARE WE SENDING STAFF HOME WITH DIRTY ROOMS STILL TO BE CLEANED ???ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BOOKED UP. He told us the only thing he could do was give us a double queen ( which they were not. I have a queen bed at home and the beds in this place was 2/3 of my queen.) and the room felt like a jail cell . Then told me the rooms were the same price so he would not be reimbursing me for any inconvenience and that it was my problem that I did not answer the phone to confirm my reservation. IT DID NOT SAY ANYWHERE IN MY RESERVATION IN WRITING THAT I HAD TO CONFIRM MY STAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL. It was getting late , we were tired , hungry and just over it. So needless to say . Horrible experience. No I do not recommend.

Liked: What I disliked about the property was that the Hispanics played there music all night right where my room was, call to the front desk it didn't do any good. That's bad business for the hotel and the guest too. They just partied it's very disrespectful. Need to address that issue or there gonna get complaints. Wasn't a good weekend for me
