Very nice room at an exceptional rate.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The jacuzzi tub was the purpose of booking the room and it did not work.

Liked: The shower was ok.
Disliked: Bed to tall. My wife could hardly get in bed. To get to ground level had to take stairs which were too steep and narrow no hand rail. Option was elevator which was on exterior and exited on ground level on back side of building. Had to walk around building to get to front but no sidewalk. Motel did not offer queen room on lower floor. Should have checked out and moved to another facility

Liked: The location was great! The staff always answered my emails and questions.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned on Saturday. When I asked about it, the staff member did not know why. None of the rooms that I booked were clean. The staff member quickly brought me the items we needed.
