Liked: We needed few accomodations during our stay and the staff was very friendly and generous in their support.
Disliked: Few holes in bedding.

Decent budget motel, but not...

Liked: It's a cheap, clean, budget motel convenient to White Sands National Park and the Space Museum. It's totally fine for a night or two to visit the local attractions. There is a cooking surface, microwave and fridge.
Disliked: It's billed as an "extended stay hotel", but there are no utensils or plates. To use the cooking surfaces you have to turn a knob I did not see for a couple days. The fridge's freezer had so much ice the door did not close. Yes, the refrigerator door was open the whole time.

Worst experience!!!!!!

Liked: Just terrible experience, the room had an awful strong smell. Room was dirty, fridge, stove and restroom. I don't recommend this place at all specially families with children. Will not be returning here ever.

We booked this place because...

Disliked: We arrived before the late check in time, but there was no one at the front desk. We used the red phone outside to try to call someone but no one answered. After ten minutes of trying, someone finally came and greeted us. They were unprofessional and gave us the wrong room initially and walked into another person's room. We expected a kitchenette and we bought food to cook for this purpose. However the kitchenette did not work. The stove wouldn't turn on and there were no utensils or soap and sponge to wash dishes. In the bathroom, the toilet was dirty. Outside, people were out drinking and talking loudly.
