Liked: Convenient to laundry facility and the being able to use the machines with an app. Staff was polite and when I got a long distance call one of the staff members brought me the office phone due to not knowing my ringer was not on in my room.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: I didn't like to say because I never got checked in and my boss is pretty pissed off because I had to walk the streets yesterday because people didn't answer the door or the Bell or the phone call and then I found out this morning that you got that they don't answer you guys office don't open till I get 7 or 8:00 so yeah this experience it was one of the worst experiences that and my boss is really pissed off so if you have a problem with it you can call her because she doesn't like me so you better make it right cuz she will raise hell

Liked: i liked everything about the room and it was a good room and it was quiet until i was trying to nap for an hour before i left there was a maintenance repair right next to my room very loud. it was just one of those things. i would gladly book a room again because aside from that one thing it was a good stay at a good price.

Liked: They had just had a change in management. It had been pretty bad from what I heard from staff. They were seriously trying to get it back up and running. Give it another week and I think it will be MUCH better. Both the staff and the management were very pleasant and tried their best with a not quite ready for prime time facility.
