Liked: Good location. Breakfast okay.
Disliked: Very small room. No space to lay out clothes. No staff on arrival. No-one to assist with luggage. Everything done by touchscreen, totally impersonal. Car park for hotel on 3rd floor of multi-storey with no lift. Left after 2 days of 4 day booking.

Disliked: I turned up at midnight and had not received an email on how to access my room as the front door was locked. Luckily my colleague booked directly and got an email. Not sure where the issue was with, could be hotel could be booking.com or even me missing it!

Liked: Nice position, river view, quiet area. There's a comfy parking close to the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast expensive, no contact with staff.

Good hotel clean and excellent...

Liked: Hotel is nicely positioned just a ten minute walk to the historic old town of Monheim. Multi storey car park at the rear of the hotel was perfect to safely leave the car. Staff were helpful at check in and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. We stayed here for 1 night as a break in our journey
