Liked: The room was spacious and ok. Dinner and breakfast were both very nice.
Disliked: Bathroom facilities old fashioned and not so practical, shower good though.

Liked: I appreciated the phone call prior to our arrival to ascertain our anticipated arrival time and would we require any food prepared.The hotel staff are relaxed but helpful and the hotel itself is a true boutique style establishment. Food was excellent and the morning coffee really hit the spot. Underhill village town has a cinema and various fast food establishments if you need a snack or entertainment.
Disliked: Not much really. We stayed in an upper floor room with a wonderful view of the gardens and lake. I believe that there are ground floor rooms in separate units away from the main building but I cannot comment on these as we never went into them.

Liked: Great location. Very accessible and good secure parking being well away from the main road. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
