Liked: The ac was not working and I got one pillow and I didn't get a roll in shower I got a tub and when I ask for a rolling shower he's said he didn't have one very rude

Save yourself the headache

Liked: My time of arrival was at 5pm staff was very slow to process me initially, then after walking up a flight of stares come to find out my key doesn't work. I walked back down to be told that their system is down and all doors won't open with the key. Mind you I drove from Orlando and I was very tired already. Then around 7pm I finally got switch to another room, as soon as I laid down I am left with a remote that is missing it's batteries, I had to get up walk back down stairs and wait in a line of 5 other parties which took forever. This has been my most memorable experience staying at a hotel and in the worst way. My family owns hotels in another state and I wasn't left with the impression this is organized company who prides themselves with being in hospitality. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER 6 FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND MY CHILDRENS CHILDREN.
Disliked: Everything except the location, I felt robbed of my value as a customer and my peace.

Liked: 1.place has roaches2.tv didn't work3.price was not what was booked4.they added a $100.00.. deposit fee that was supposed to be returned back on my card. This was not mention in the app and I did not get a receipt after I asked for one. 5 .upon check out the desk clerk lied to me about sending receipts to my email. Which I didn't get
