Liked: They had hot fresh coffee at the office. Cleanliness and very pleasant maids.
Disliked: Front office staff's lack of effort to address the guests upstairs in 210 who played excessively loud music (which could be heard all the way to the office), moving furniture, talking loudly enough to be heard outside in the parking lot from 2:00 am and still going when I left at 10:00 am. They had complete disregard for other guests. The manager said "they won't answer the phone ", as an excuse for resolving the problem. Lack of adequate parking. Grossly overpriced rooms!

Liked: Nothing, location was terrible and had ladies on every corner and homeless hang out in the parking lot around the cars. Workers are disrespectful and flat out rude. I have stayed here once and the second time I didn’t get to because they cancelled my reservation and resold my room for QUADRUPLE the price and lied to me about the reason for cancellation. Despite the fact that I booked my room 4 months in advance and they continued to cancel my reservation for “maintenance” and refused to provide me with any accommodation when every other hotel within a 15 mile radius was sold out. They proceeded to yell at me when I would call and blocked my number, as well as ignoring my emails for a proper cancellation notice.

Liked: They canceled my reservations without notice! I had the confirmation on my phone it never said it was canceled till now it says my stay was completed & it’s trying to charge my card . Horrible service didn’t even offer a solution when I had my confirmation. Will never try to stay here again.
