LARGE amount of Mold, dirty...

Liked: stayed almost a week the rates kept going up and up . There was dirty used towels in the bathroom when we arrived, there was less then 5 guest in the hotel the entire time, we were told to park on the side building were no cameras are and not secure, after the 4 nights I was being charged a pet rate $20 daily for a 8lbs dog no other Motel 6 or studio ever charged. I locked my self out of my room 2 times and got a new key always returning it so I didn't have extras, I was told I am being charged if it happens again. Its bring your little kids to work daily. Some one living there got kicked out and had all their stuff in the stairway, was told they are being audit at any time and every one seemed on edge yet the place was never cleaned. I got super sick while there trouble breathing and coughing all night night long and very stuffed up I have very low white blood cells and if I get sick it not good for me so I am very cautious.after the rates doubled I decided to checked out since the manager had no discount rates or deals to offer. being newly opened I thought that was odd, while getting my stuff packed up I moved the floating furniture around to find the walls covered in thick fuzzy multicolored mold, same with couch, the same wall were the couch I sat on daily to work was up against same with my bed. I told the manager and she freaked out talking in Spanish and all of a sudden became nice to me for once. Then she said she will talk to her manger about getting a discount for another stay and I said as long as it is not here. she said they will call me. wasn't going to leave a review but now being 15 days ago and no word from them I am writing a review as I am still struggling to breathe and still no call or email in regards to every thing I mentioned to the front desk while staying here.
Disliked: you can read the above there was a lot that needs to happen to help this location run well.

Okay for a quick stay

Liked: Staff super nice and helpful. Decent sized room.
Disliked: Being on the 3rd floor was a bit inconvenient with a dog. Very loud heating/ cooling unit. The water pressure for the shower was really bad.
