Liked: When I opened the door to my room and the floor was soaking wet still. I tiptoe across and put my bag down and then left for a couple hours for it to dry. Still patches of wet when I got back.

Disliked: Hallways smell like cigarettes but this didnt effect our stay

Overpriced room with no pool...

Liked: Honestly nothing.
Disliked: They claim to have free hot breakfast and a pool and do not offer either. The rooms were still full price and they did not mention to us that they didn’t have the pool or breakfast. My kids and family had an awful night. If I had the extra money we would have just left but unfortunately hotel rooms are not cheap. Thanks for nothing. We will never stay here again.

Liked: Location of hotel was fine. I was there for the Class C tournament and it was easy to get to the Civic Center.
Disliked: First room I was given was not even made up. Got the second room and it was fine. Clean at least. The hallways were all filthy and had garbage all around. I heard someone talking to management about their room saying all they ask is that it be clean. And that it was filthy Is it too much to ask? Not sure how all that ended up.
