Liked: Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was nice, and the room had a fresh smell.
Disliked: Noisy people above our room. Our room was 132. They or one person were loud with their shoes. We would just get to sleep and noise would begin.

Disliked: There was no hot water in our bathroom. When I told the front desk, they just said “sorry”. No discount, no voucher, just “sorry” for two days without showering .Mattress was lumpy with two distinct body indentations on each edge. No made service between the two nights.

Liked: The price was nice until..
Disliked: ..until I arrived and the smoke detector kept beeping every minute until I called down to the office so they can send someone to fix it. And the beds had fleas. The staff were understanding and gave me a full refund, so I am grateful for that.

Don't let the exterior fool...

Liked: Staff was very polite and courteous, the rooms looked to be newly remodeled.
Disliked: The exterior looks a little intimidating.
