Disliked: No problems or complaints except for the floors in the rooms have clearly not been cleaned in a VERY long time. I have a crawling baby and the floor was absolutely disgusting for her to be on.

Excellent location and value for...

Liked: Friendly staff. Excellent location - walking distance to food, groceries, gas, car repair shop, hospital I-10 freeway. other stay options.
Disliked: It has studio 6 and motel 6 in the same building. So when extending stay have to know which one you are extending, if booking from a website.Homeless walking around in the streets.

Good value for money.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Gas station, grocery and food all within walking distance.
Disliked: The same building has Motel 6 and Studio 6 - on either sides. It can be confusing while extending the booking in Booking.com if you don't know which side you are staying.But just be aware of homeless walking in the vicinity.

Disliked: Hair was in our shower and on the towels.The pillows were old. The parking was crowded. Our floor had black hairs and no coffee The sheets were old. Our restroom door was broken.. The Shower 🚿 was bad needs to be replaced and the door. Someone needs to clean these rooms better... The Shower head hardly gave us water to take a shower.

Tire at ur own risk

Liked: I like the house keeping there r very nice and came on a timely basis
Disliked: What I don't like is that they tiring not to honor my tax credits back for staying at the property and honor my tax exemption for living there for 30 days or more and this is a Texas law and they have bugs

Disappointing

Liked: Good location really close to a lot of places I like to visit.
Disliked: The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. I had to go to the front desk twice due to my key card not working after the first night of my 2 night stay.
