Disliked: When I arrived the room was not cleaned and smelled like smoke. Sketchy part of town and I didn’t feel comfortable staying. I would like to request a full refund.

Definitely do not recommend

Disliked: When we check in, the room assigned to us was not clean at all. We opened the door to find the room looked to still be occupied. When asked about it the comment was that it may have not been assigned to the cleaning staff to be cleaned. The second room we were assigned did not look to be occupied but was heavily infested with roaches. Also the pillows and cases were yellow and no longer white. The hole in the wall was not properly fixed

Liked: Quiet, laundry is 24/7 and front desk even though the office is closed.They have an emergency phone outside that you can call and someone will pick up and help you. And there's no attitude. Staff is laying back polite, and maintenance is also cool.
