Disliked: Wifi kept disconnecting, no coffee in room

All and all a great...

Liked: I've stayed they before and it has always been really good place.
Disliked: It is my go to motel when I have people come in from out of town. I normally have guest every month or so and none of them have ever complained on anything theee

Liked: Everything was wonderful up until the second day. We asked for a late check out cause we were working on getting another night and accidentally got booked at wrong place was working on getting it fixxed to continue our stay. Well it was 12:15 . Fifeenth mins passed twelve when the Manager lady rudely came by the room and told us we needed to get our stuff out the room. Or cops would be calld. I tried to explain we had two rooms and the other room the person was on dialysis if it be okay to leave their stuff in there since we were going to stay another night. She said that wasn't her problem to get my stuff out of the room. Five mins later the cops are knock on the door. By that time my booking was completely set and went to the front and was rudely told she couldn't rent to us no more cause the owner didn't allow her to. So we had to cancel our reservation that were all ready paid so had to be charged for cancelling the reservation.. .
Disliked: Having to cancel my reservations after they were paid for and being charged to do so. The way that the manager Speaks to us the guests. While on the phone with her her asking if we were f*ck*n stupid.,
