Liked: 10 minutes from Power Balance Pavilion.
Disliked: Room was dirty (filthy carpet); smoking reaked through the walls etc.; garbage in the hallway that we had to walk by; neighbors noisey and partying until late in the night.

For the price there really wasn't much to complain about. Room was clean and served its purpose well. Airport shuttle was a plus.

Disliked: That I was 30 minutes early and was charged and extra $20 to be there early

Disliked: Roaches, rude desk clerk, and two people were MURDERED, several what appeared to be homeless and/or displaced families, loud, obnoxious hotel guests. I heard a man in the parking lot on his phone cursing out someone from the office about his $100 security deposit. The hotel apparently was refusing to reimburse. Our stay was very stressful, but we were stuck there because I paid in advance over $1000 for our stay while awaiting move in to our new residence. AND there were roaches!! I had to drive to a local store to purchase Raid and large roach traps!! While housekeeping was changing bedding, I noticed stains on the mattress! Photos attached. Although the website claimed laundry facility, during our entire stay, we were told the machines were down, and I had to go to a laundromat.Disgusting!

Disliked: Glob of hair that was on the mattress when covers were pulled back. Floor shows signs of wear.

Disliked: Washer/Dryer not available; toilet backed up, and we were told to get a plunger and plunge it ourselves because maintenance isnt available; roaches (I had to purchase Raid!); rude clerk. Due to the toilet issue we asked to be moved to another room. It's 1:39 a.m. and were still waiting!!!

Def would stay again.

Liked: It was clean, I felt safe, the room was spacious and the staff is very nice

Liked: The refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: Two people were murdered across the street from our room with bullet casings found in the parking lot. Last evening we were awakened at 2 a.m. because the people in the unit next door were violently fighting.
