It was wonderful.

Liked: OMG, the bed slept so good; breakfast in the morning; the cleanest; the great hospitality we received; we definitely will be returning; overall a great hotel stay.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: When I went to check out the woman was counting money and told me I’d have to wait. No problem. When I came back she said she said she’d checked my room. I asked for a note saying my room was okay and I’d get deposit back. She told me I was ridiculous ( I’m old and not used to credit card charges being refunded). She went down the hall to a room 124 when I stayed in 129. Told me I gave her key to 124 and I told her I gave her two keys to 129 and tv remote. She also said I had booked for two more days that she refunded for me- I’m sure it was 124 people. She was in a huff about fixing 124, told me my refund would be seen on my card in two weeks. Never gave me a receipt or anything. Even though I thought I was nice she never offered an apology for the mixup or anything. Acted like the whole mixup was my fault. The day person was great, other staff friendly, room was nice and clean

Liked: It’s right off the highway but you can’t hear the road from the rooms. Right down the block from Walmart and Publix.
Disliked: I requested a 1st floor room when I booked almost 3 weeks in advance. When I went to check in I was told there were done available and got the impression that they never noted my request. Room was made up okay except that there was dust all over the floor. When I said something to the desk clerk he went and got a broom and a couple spray bottles to finish up the room. Reason I can’t handle dust is that I have asthma. After he swept the dust out onto the hall carpet he sprayed the whole floor and damp mopped it. When he sprayed a lot of spray into the air. It was so bad I had to vacate the room for awhile to stop coughing.. Couldn’t sleep well so checked out at 3am. I have stayed at this motel 5-6 times but this is the last time.

Liked: It lived up to Tom Odette's description! Loved the room and the location! Only 7 minutes from our venue that we attended. I highly recommend it! CLEAN, like that 'New Car Smell'! Staff was outstanding! We love you guys and will be back in June!
