Liked: OMG, the bed slept so good; breakfast in the morning; the cleanest; the great hospitality we received; we definitely will be returning; overall a great hotel stay.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: Wife found several bugs in the bathroom. Fiesta rooms A/c barely worked. They were able to switch rooms but it was an inconvenience

Liked: It was close to restaurants and shops. The woman working the front desk on Saturday Nov 2nd was an absolute delight. She had already fixed the issue with our billing before I even got to check out. Her name was Lisa-wonderful attention to detail and committed to customer satisfaction!
Disliked: The woman working the desk the evening of Nov 1st ended up charging us a 2nd time. I noticed when I was signing and told her we had already paid in full through Booking.com. She was adamant that she was only charging the $50 deposit, but I questioned again that the number on the screen said $162 and that is even higher than what we paid through 3rd party. She again assured me with a condescending tone that she knew what she was doing and the entire 162 would fall off after check out. I decided to wait and take it up with the new person in the morning. Before I even started explaining to the morning worker, Lisa, she said I know what you're going to say. I caught it all this morning and already refunded your card for the double charge. I am thankful for over foresight and look over of all the bills from the night before. Thanks to lisa!

Reasonable price for the stay....

Liked: AC worked very well. Beds and pillows comfortable. Decently clean room.
Disliked: The staff did not change the sheets or make up the beds. The shower did not drain properly and the water was ankle deep the entire time we showered.The staff did not refill the coffee so we had no coffee the second morning. The staff checking us in also double charged my card after we had already paid for reservations a month earlier. The check out staff did catch it and put it back on my card today.

Liked: The room was very clean . Bed and pillows comfortable . The room was very big . A/c worked great
Disliked: The people above me were noisy . Not the hotels fault , and by 10:00 they were thru with jumping jacks lol

Liked: Location. Toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer. Nice ironing board. When checked out, the staff noted I have been charge again for prepaid room and reversed charge. Had USB ports on both sides of bed.
Disliked: Coffee in room was not good. No decaf tea bags only regular available. Ice machine did not work on our floor. One if desk lights didn’t work. The flush lever was corroded and should be replaced. Tub floor appeared cracked. No breakfast. Iron leaked. New worker charged me again for room (had prepaid).
