Liked: We didn’t like anything at the property. We checked in Friday evening, woke up to roaches on the floor in the bathroom. Went to talk to the front desk about it and ask for a refund so we could stay at a different hotel in the area, management told us they couldn’t do a refund and offered to move us to a different room and told us they just sprayed the Thursday before(how convenient) so that’s why the bugs are coming out. What was that gonna do? Nothing.
Disliked: I have pictures of them having bed bugs as well. And pictures of the bites all over my arm from the bugs. That still haven’t healed a week later. We trusted this site to provide hospitality and it didn’t. The only refund I can get is 15% from the stay. What great hospitality, am I right?!

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the a/c was good. It was quiet.
Disliked: Normally, I won’t bother to leave a bad review, but this place was quite dreadful. $122 for a room we could barely enter the key cards were so messed up (tried 7 cards). The shower was non- functional, so we had sponge baths in the tub. I looked down and saw black water streaming from my feet my sister experienced the same. As we both wore clean socks until the hotel, it was obviously the filthy floors. Ugh!! At lights out, we realizes the “mood” lights across the headboards could not be turned off and we managed to wad up the decorative bed shawls to cover most of them. I’ve stayed in plenty of funky places in my travels, but for the price, this was a disgrace.

Disliked: The office needs to open earlier before 9am. My rooms were charged to my credit card and they told me that I could not change my payment method even though it put my account in the negative.

Slept in car

Liked: I got locked out and had to sleep in car
Disliked: Sleeping in car when I paid for room

Superb

It was not the best!

Liked: It was in a good location!
Disliked: There was a lot of people always outside roaming around all hours of the day and night and they acted like you were wrong if walking to your car our outside!
