Great place to stay!

Liked: I liked how friendly the staff were, how easy and fast it was to get the motel. It was clean, spacious, felt safe and we had no problems.

Wouldn't stay here again.

Liked: Relatively cheap for San Diego. Parking available.
Disliked: The bed was super hard, and the pillows were oddly large and high, not comfortable at all. Terrible night's sleep. Next to a super busy road, cars all night long, staying in a back room but could still hear each passing car. Only stayed here whilst passing through San Diego. In a questionable area, with questionable long term residents.

Wanted to get away and...

Liked: Great staff, beautiful immaculate room and property.
Disliked: The surrounding area had transients and addicts walking around the area. But it is downtown area. I would definitely come again due to me feeling safe on the property.

Could have been better....overall.

Liked: We did not have breakfast at all. Location was a big plus.
Disliked: A more visual tv instructional manual for internet services. I had to contact the front desk twice to get assistance in just getting tv to work. And still, it did not work as it should have. Programming was extremely very difficult. Can you imagine an elderly couple trying to watch TV.
