Liked: Didn’t try the breakfast wouldn’t eat anything from this place
Disliked: There was no hot water at all and couldn’t sleep because there was roaches bad

Liked: Booking.com got my broom mixed up and it was really a rough night on them and me.
Disliked: My room's being mixed up because of booking.com

MWC conference

Liked: It was located near Reed Conference Center where we were attending a conference.
Disliked: There were roaches, much of the room was not clean, the door was almost impossible to open.

Liked: I never got the opportunity to see the facility and its amenities, becuz of third party booking and the property not honoring my reservations. I placed 2 separate reservations trying to book my family and I a good stay while away from home... Due to communication issues between the property and Expedia and booking.com, somehow I was being told by the property I was booked in a one bed reservation, but clearly I had booked reservations for a 2 bed reservation. Need less to say the lady of the property made several verbal suggestions for my daughter and I to find a stay somewhere else, because she didn't want problems at her location.What!?! Wow!!! What problems ma'am, we had driven in town after celebrating my grandmother's birthday, to get to our hotel and told to stay somewhere else....wow
Disliked: The attitude and service from the staff, and lack of customer service etiquette.. I was first approached by a gentleman whom told me that I was booked in a one bed stay, I showed him my reservations on my phone showing me selecting 2 bed stay... I was told to call the booker. I talk to Expedia and canceled the reservation due to them sending the a reservation for a 1 bed when my order said "deluxe room, multiple beds, kitchenette.. but I was offer a single bed unit..after canceling my stay thru Expedia, I placed a new stay thru booking.com for again 2 beds. But after having our family event and driving to get to our room to settle in... we are faced again with we have booked a single bed instead of a double bed stay that I selected. After several attempts to reach out to booking.com about the mix up but was unsuccessful getting the agents to hear me. the calls would drop with no answers. I then inform the property lady that ok I just needed a place to shower and sleep safely. I agree I would take the room, but she informed me she suggested we stay else and she don't want trouble so no go somewhere else please, look at the cameras.

Liked: The place look good

I will never go back....

Liked: The room was roach infested then we got moved to an even more infested room where we had to take our things to the car so roaches wouldn't get in them.
Disliked: Treat the people that smoke cigarettes like the people that don't. Close the rooms that are infested and treat them. And also train your staff to be more positive and inform them on what they need to know.
