Disliked: I booked a non smoking room with one bed on booking.com. I got a smoking room with 2 beds. This was not what I booked or paid for. Will never use booking.com again

Meh.

Liked: Location and room size.
Disliked: Wood floors were old, scratched, and warped.Wifi always had a weak signal, and basically worthless.No elevator for disabled people.

I didn’t even stay and...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was dirty. My money was never refunded. The front desk person put a note not to give me a reservation anymore because I didn’t want to stay in a room were the ac didn’t work.
