Disliked: First off when I made the booking it said pay at the property no prepayment needed but yet when I got there the lady who was at the desk had told me that my reservation had been canceled because my card was declined Yes my card was declined because I had it locked there was no prepayment required. Before we booked it I called the property itself they told me $10 a pet per stay I have two pets then when I got there she said no it's a day When we open the door to the room we were absolutely left breathless the smell of overwhelming cat urine knocked us back it was awful there was dried animal feces on the floor there was blood squirts on the wall The shower curtain had more mold on it than I've ever seen in my lifetime and I am including pictures in all this it was absolutely disgusting The first thing my husband and I did was go buy two bottles of bleach because they informed us it was non-refundable and we literally used 2 gallons of bleach bleach in the floors to which we still would not let our pets walk on we still would not walk without socks or shoes on The property outside was trashy there was no swimming pool it was concreted in was absolutely disgusting and we felt very unsafe

Disliked: My dad was homeless and I was trying to get him a few nights there and the Indian family up front were so confusing as they could not understand English. They seemed like they were judging my dad’s situation and stared at me out the window until I left the parking lot which was very strange. The hotel was disgusting as well.
