That hotel should be condemed.
Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The roaches, the trash left in the room, the dirty towels, the cabinet doors falling off, the biohazard of a shower, the paint peeling off the walls, the trash and hobo urine in the stair wells, the loud window a/c that blew dust into the room

Liked: At first I liked the price but from the experience it should have been less than what it was
Disliked: For starters there was no refrigerator in my room there was no remote for the TV in my room the water was cold not hot at all and the bathroom was disgusting

Awful don’t go there .
Liked: The employee didn’t give me the room I had pay for a 2 beds n I could only get 1 bed I had a family my . Also when she did tell me she had a 2 beds available it was already occupied room with tenants in there stuff with there belongings . Very bad didn’t care . We could have got shot at .

Worst hotel in Jacksonville disgusting...
Liked: Absolutely nothing it was measurable and because of the staff and the way that the property was I lost out on money from my job because I took so long and was late
Disliked: booked it online to get a discount I had to wait an hour the person that I went there with had to walk back and forth to the office three times because the door lock wouldn't open then she shows up with a crowbar to open the door I asked her how I was supposed to get in and out she said like this until maintenance gets here she puts me in another room there's no microwave toaster coffee pot not even a blanket on the bed then I try to have a conversation with her about it and she gave me an attitude and told my boyfriend that I had an attitude and that that wouldn't happen at another motel because I'd get kicked out they wouldn't give me a discount they wouldn't compensate me in any way I called booking.com and they called and said that they would try to handle it but I still haven't been compensated it was my worst hotel experience and it messed up one of my jobs because I lost out $250 having to wait outside in the cold for over an hour and then move from room to room so all in all the room cost me 70 and then the money that I lost and the time and aggravation. Finally the last room that she put me in it had a stove but the burners were missing the coffee pot was missing the part that holds the filter , and no microwave,and there was no blanket . She told me that all the blankets were dirty and that they were had a shortage on them that I could wait for her to wash there was one towel in the bathroom no wash rags and the bottom of the shower was covered in hair. there was no bathtub like it said in my booking and I booked a smoking room she later told me that it was a non-smoking room.this is an hour and 20 minutes into me arriving.
