Liked: Two of the workers acted like they cared.Convenient location.
Disliked: One worker totally ignored maintenance/missing item requests on two occasions.Laminate floor was unsafe and coming apart. Less able bodied folk, be careful. Tripping hazard floor.

Dead Hotel

Liked: I like that there is 24/7 services, but they don't offer much help
Disliked: There was trash on bathroom floor when I arrived. I booked a room with 2 full beds. I got here and was given a queen bed instead. Stove had grease on it. TV was functional but wasn't mounted on the wall, it was sitting on the desk so I couldn't set up my laptop like I had planned. The TV remote had no back cover on the remote and the TV remote was dead. Kind of says a lot about your hotel if the batteries are dead, then so is your hotel. Found 4 roaches.I didn't expect much good coming from this place, could be way worse though, Duval county is rough and I've been through way worse. 6.5/10
