Disliked: It was dirty the tub the room . Things were broken in the room . The short white lady at the front desk is rude.

Comfy and homely

Liked: Ms.Roxi was exceptionally accommodating and very nice to me as I’ve been here for over a month. Her and her staff are always so friendly and willing to listen to any questions I ask. They are AWESOME!!!

Needs to be shutdown in...

Liked: Nothing I reserved the best double king room w kitchenette and smoking room when I arrived it wasn’t ready so they downsized me to a non smoking room double queen and the sheets and pillow cases where stained and the mattress and the actual pillows had black mold all over them and could open my room even with out a key card and I had my 4year old son with me I didn not feel safe and no one in office after 9pm n doors locked n office lights off this place needs to be shut down asap

Management matters

Liked: I love the location
Disliked: A new general manager is needed at this point . Roxy has done nothing but made my stay uncomfortable. Since she has been here since October she has stopped all extended stay guests from receiving toiletries, linen, towels & washcloths. She also has a blatant disregard for providing quarters for laundry. She has put a lock on the front dumpsters to prevent guests from using it. None of the housekeepers she hired speaks English. She also does not know the difference between a guest and tenant. And her attitude towards guests can’t be legal

I’ll never go here again.

Liked: Nothing, the bed was ok
Disliked: I was also there the 3 days before, added an extra day here due to hurricane . No blanket, no coffee maker, no cups, refrigerator was leaking, no shampoo. I soap. The tv was not working, and worse, I kept being promised that someone would fix it, no one ever did, despite numerous calls. The key card became inoperable, had to wait a day for it to get fixed. I sent a complaint to the hotel, and I got a form letter stating because of Covid these things are not available. Covid was gone years ago. Not all things needed to be eliminated anyway. I should get my money back.
