Disliked: First we were given a room where someone had already lived.... The room smelled very bad and you couldn't open the window to air it out. It was very cold, there were no blankets in the room and it smelled very musty. We woke up with a runny nose. But the staff was very nice

Liked: The beds were surprisingly comfortable.
Disliked: They gave me a room without any bedding or towels. The room was filthy and had roaches. I did sleep there a night because I was exhausted. They moved me into another room the next day which was slightly better. I only saw one roach. The key kept failing so I had to get a new key every time I left the hotel. The staff were pleasant.
