Great and nice staff!
Liked: This hotel was great smoke friendly. I love that . And very clean . I’m from Miami so when I come in town this will be where I will stay !!

Liked: Never was able to check in because the man at counter stated the system was not working and didn't seem concerned that I had booked and never tried to give me estimated time so I booked somewhere else after waiting a hour outside in the rain
Disliked: Customer service at front desk upon entry

Liked: It was about what you would expect for the price. Staff was friendly enough.
Disliked: Had to kill a roach, but only one. Water pressure wasn't great, hot water wasn't hot enough for my preference. Laundry room door didn't lock. For some reason these places don't have "do not disturb" door hangers. The couch might have been suitable for a college dorm room, but not a motel.
