What's that smell??

Liked: We (my husband and myself) were disappointed but quickly reminded ourselves that we got what we paid for.We seriously only needed a place to sleep and we both agreed that the beds were surprisingly comfortable.The place is run down and the employee/owner? was of absolutely no help with questions and definitely does not like his job, I could tell by his lack of personality.The moment we opened the door to our room there was a very strange and dirty smell that hit our noses.It was a mix of a pet and previous sex.Not a nice welcome.

Exceptional

Liked: Dislike of the homeless around the property. The staff is very friendly and everything is walking distance

Liked: Like that the rooms are very clean and comfortable as for the location it's just right because it sets right in the middle of all the restaurants and grocery stores that are walking distance. The staff is amazing here always willing to help and always keeping it safe here.

Liked: The bed was comfy and it was clean
Disliked: Tub wouldn't drain, hot water sucks and the showers are for little people

Great price, bad accomodations

Liked: The staff was wonderful and very friendly. We got help when we needed it. And I've never had a toaster in my room before, that was nice.
Disliked: Bad neighborhood, did not feel safe, toilet didn't want to flush, no cold water in bathroom sink, refrigerator leaked(defrosted?) water, water bottle held the tv tight to the wall so it could stay on, sheets were not contour and kept coming off exposing mattress pad, smoke alarm was beeping and had to be fixed, and smelled like smoking room.

Liked: Room had a fridge, sink and microwave.
Disliked: The pillows had someone else’s hair on them. Disgusting. And the bathroom sink had stains in it.
