When I arrived at the...

Liked: When I arrived at the property they did not have a room for me. I contacted Booking.com and they were supposed to find me accommodations for another property but wasn’t able to. I tried finding accommodations elsewhere but there was no rooms available. I ended up driving 3 1/2 hours home.

Wasted my time - no...

Disliked: They had no room available, despite the fact that I had already paid through the website. They did not offer to help with this issue, simply showed me their reservation screen which showed -1 rooms available. I showed them that the site still showed they had rooms.

Disliked: Hotel parking was clean just wish the hotel room was clean shower curtain was dirty!!! Tub was dirty!!! Towel and wash clothes was dirty like they just reused them. Bad overall.
