Disliked: Everything they were very rude and kept trying to hit me over the head when it came to charging me in my room had a leak in the ceiling where my room was being flooded and they refused to move my room

Disliked: They canceled my reservation the morning of our trip. I missed the call, and though they said they left a voice message, I never received one, so I was informed when we arrived to check in that they canceled it. And the woman at the front desk acted like she couldn't care less.

Liked: The price but as the old saying goes, You get what you paid for
Disliked: Keycard access was faulty to the point of 5 trips to the front desk and 4 sets of keys; no furniture, just one chair; water pressure on the shower was poor; room had roaches; few light fixtures were not working including vanity light in the bathroom; bed was extremely uncomfortable; no night stands by the bed; requested late check out, was charged $25 for 30 extra minutes, $50 for an hour
