Liked: I was a place to lay my head
Disliked: They double booked my reservation and had to cancel it. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

very disappointing

Liked: NOTHING. DIDNT STAY, THEY GAVE US A ROOM THAT SOMEONE ELS WAS ALREADY IN.
Disliked: THEY ASSIGNED US A ROOM THAT SOMEONE WAS ALREADY IN. AND THEY HAD NO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE, ITS WAS 1AM AND WE DROVE IN FROM A 6 HOUR DRIVE AND WAS REALY TIRED. WE HAD TO GO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE WAY MUCH BETTER PLACE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS JUST A FEW MORE DOLLARS MORE THEN WHAT WE HAD TO PAY. I HAD TO WAIT THE NEXT DAY TO GET MY REFUND

All I have to say...

Disliked: There were roaches in all 4 of our family rooms. Some of us changed rooms and still, roaches. We tried to find other accommodations that night but due to our family size and a festival on the strand for Christmas there were no hotels on the island with vacancies. The next morning the front desk had us all write what was wrong with our rooms and said we’d have refunds ready when we returned from our cruise. When we came back, we had to wait over an hour for the GM to arrive but she never did. She called the front desk person and told her that we didn’t get refunds because pest control came and said there were no bugs in the rooms. However we have photo proof of roaches. The GM didn’t care. I absolutely would not recommend this location, ever.
