Good value, clean and centrally...

Liked: One block from excellent grocery store offering prepared meal options. Two blocks from the Eagle House music venue for the Redwood Coast Music Festival - the purpose of my travels. About 4 blocks from the waterfront boardwalk and Madaket Boat tours of the bay.
Disliked: Highway traffic and somewhat rough neighborhood. This is more of a residence long term stay location full of working people. I had no issues with other guests or people in the neighborhood, some appeared to be homeless - something that is everywhere these days.

Liked: Every one was smoking pot so I had to walk through their smoking and one night someone's car alarm went off 5 times waking me each time

Disliked: They would not let my father check in and wouldn’t take deposit by phone so he slept on the street before his surgery the next morning and I did not get a refund

Exceptional

Liked: The room was updated and I loved the floors. The area was convenient to a grocery store and quiet at night. We used the washing machine and dryer which were fairly new and reasonable. The manger was amazing and very helpful. Thanks for an easy and comfortable stay. Will definitely return.
Disliked: Updated and clean

Liked: No Breakfast, kitchen was new but could not be used because it was not equiped.

Pleasantly surprised by the value

Liked: Surprisingly clean, comfortable, and nice for the low price.
Disliked: I wish the door had sealed better to keep the room quieter.

Liked: The staff was great. Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was the noise factor. It's right off the main road and there's alot of loud trucks. Bring a set of ear plugs and you'll be happy with your stay.
