Disliked: Th grout in the showers coming out, acs made noise all night, tiles in shower were moving, electrical issues with plugs in the wall constantly tripping, staff was not friendly about the issues, couldn’t get tv to watch cable.

Liked: Excellent assistance by Kelly enabling my husband to move to a first floor room that was much more comfortable. Kelly went above and beyond to make this happen so he was able to stay at the motel 6 location
Disliked: Requested first floor but was put on second floor. Customer is 85 years old and it was difficult to carry everything upstairs. Very disappointed that there was no television in the bedroom.
