Liked: Like: I was able to get a refund for the days I didn’t stay when I booked it. Dislike: The cleanliness of the rooms themselves needs improvement. For the cost of the room, one should feel comfortable with their stay.

Nice hotel with a nice...

Liked: Very nice property, took me a couple times to know how to open the door but when I did it was very easy and comfy, love how the location is around the corner from koreatown so if you here for Kpop concert this is the place to stay!
Disliked: Blankets were itchy but there were other blankets to sleep with other than that 1 option

Disliked: The room was not clean…the floor as dirty the toilet paper handle was broken, there were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom behind the toilet.
