My first night was convenient...
Liked: I was happy about the quick check-in, the room was very clean, and appliances was like new.

Liked: My only bad thing to say is the infestation of small bugs. It was actually clean and functional. The staff/room service was great.

Never again
Disliked: I called ahead about my mom needing extra pillows for her bad back. Upon arrival, I was told I could only have 2. She was miserable until I put some of our clothes in a few pillow cases and had her use them as pillows. Also, the pool was closed, and i was not told prior. I got this room so my little one could swim during our downtime on our trip. The air conditioner couldn't cool the room during the day, and then froze us at night. When I arrived, the kiosk read $51 dollars a week. I paid $150 for friday to sunday. I will never stay here again. I am on a retirement budget and can't afford the more expensive hotels. This place seems to be run by some sort of slum lord.
