Disappointing

Very good

Liked: It’s convenient for what it’s worth. My husband and I love to stay here since we can cook our own meals, and save up on eating out. Dishes are included you just have to call front desk. Buy dish soap :)
Disliked: The room can be humid at first walk in, but it’s nothing the dry setting on the a/c can’t fix, so not much to complain about it. The bed is hard to my opinion, but my husband had no complaint.

Money lost

Disliked: I checked out early and still got charged full price. Sent messages to property and booking.com. I haven't received any type of answer or communication from either. Called property, line keeps ringing, no answer. Fighting to get my money back. The area is so congested, and they have people just hanging outside the property.

Disliked: Room smelled like urine. Staff knocked twice BEFORE check out time demanding to know if we were staying another day. Staff was rude and I was wished “The day I deserve “, from front desk staff. Got terribly sick the following few days after my stay. Was in the hospital with a mystery infection. Could this had been from unsanitary conditions?
