Superb

Liked: Everything we needed was provided. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfy and room was nice and cold.
Disliked: Slight gap in door that let in light. Everything else was fine. That was not a big issue.

OWNER NEEDS GET OFF PHONE

Liked: The night-time manager was nice and easier to work with. She takes her job seriously and makes sure everything is hospitable.
Disliked: The owner, who is not easy to work with and seems to be a con artist, canceled my reservation. When I arrived on Labor Day, I had to pay triple the price for fewer days. They blamed Booking.com, however.

Liked: Location was good. Rooms were also good.
Disliked: It was an unplanned stop, went inside to see about a room, but had to return to the car and book online to save money. There was no breakfast, but that was not a deal breaker!
