Liked: Price was to high for quality in my opinion.
Disliked: From the start, when we walked in the room it stuno of cigarettes and musty smell, then when you turned the light switch on the light flickered non stop so couldn't even use the light that's connected to the switch, then when I went to get in the bath, the shower wouldn't turn off so both the shower head and faucet was on and it was the same way with getting a shower so never full pressure for both and if one was hot the other was cold so that needs to get fixed.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: As soon as I walked into the room I had to kill 4 roaches and then after pulling the sheets and covers back the sheet were dirty with someone’s hair and tobacco from the previous people that was there I’m guessing and then had to go get more sheets from the lobby and the beds were so uncomfortable from the springs in the mattresses and it was overall not a nice stay and I had to pay way to much for all of this nastiness… and they require a 100 dollar deposit for those rooms and I made a reservation on booking.com and the reservation said I wouldn’t have to pay anything at the property but when I got there they asked for the deposit after I had already paid for my room online so that was another 100 I had to come up with thank God I had the extra because the reservation said it was a non-refundable reservation so I would have been without 138 for no reason due to the location making me pay another 100 for a deposit which wasn’t on the online reservation!

Liked: Room clean, easy check in, full refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee in room. It was a basic motel 6 room.
Disliked: It's hard to find under the current name. The location is off the highway.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The smell of the room was horrible..the beds were very uncomfortable..loud air conditioner.

Nasty

Disliked: They had roaches and it was hard to sleep because of roaches.

False booking and policies not...

Liked: Nothing!!!
Disliked: Hard single thin mattress with only a thin fitted sheet. The bedding was a dingy dull color. My daughter found a dead cockroach on the floor and spiders on the nightstand. There was no table or a chair to sit to eat at. TV didn't work and it took 2 hours to get it replaced. Shower curtain had mold on it. The front desk refused to give my family extra towels, which I requested. Nothing was sent into the front desk by Booking.com correctly. The front desk charged a deposit fee that I wasn't aware of beforehand. He also said I was supposed to be charged per child besides the fact that I indicated I had 3 children traveling. I will not be using Booking.com again. I am sending all notices, emails, etc to spam and blocking. It has to do better about communicating with properties and making sure it includes updated information that aligns with that property.
