Where is my refund??

Liked: The property is really in a good spot if you have a vehicle to drive. Nearby shopping and casino life.
Disliked: I was charged for a double booked room that was booked by my associate and am still waiting for a refund

Double trouble double booked. And...

Liked: I liked that the property was not very busy during my stay.
Disliked: My assistant double booked us and we paid twice. One time thru booking.com and one time thru the app called Expedia. I'm still waiting for a refund from the Studio 6.

Liked: Right across from Prairie Meadows track and casino. Not too far from Des Moines. They do allow pets with no fee.
Disliked: There was a hole in the bathroom floor that had a weak patch over it, the toilet rocked when tou moved, no coffee pot in the room and the faucet in the sink got the floor wet no matter how it was positioned. We were there for 4 nights and the trash was never emptied, no clean towels ... it was like we weren't there.
