Liked: Place Was A Mess. Room Was Dirty, Bathroom Was All Wet, Towels On Ground All Wet. They Hav Mushrooms Growing Out The Bathroom Walls! This Was Room 313

Disliked: Where do I start… Walked in the a LINE that went out the door- with EIGHT (8) people waiting.There was a woman and her Four (4) children ( all under the age of 10)Laying on the floor and sleeping.Something about their Puppy was missing and they apparently (Cough Cough) couldn’t get a refund from Booking.com.The girl who was slowly helping everyone (who was 19 years old) was friendly to the point of “REALLY HAPPY” - didn’t really care until a second girl came in and started helping.I took me over an hour to get my first room- until I changed rooms which took another hour.I changed rooms FOUR (4) times.I staff was two very young girls that did NOT know what they were doing.The first and second rooms had showers leaking BAD ( DRIP DRIP DRIP ) Then the third room was FILTHY The fourth room looked OK- but I picked up a Straw that had been used to snort something!They obviously didn’t have an idea what going on.The Police were there three times during the night. THREE TIMES and let’s not forget the Ambulances, Fire Trucks, and Volunteers.Garbage was EVERYWHERE -Piled up in the corners, on the stairs in the parking lot, EVERYWHERE.There were drug dealers, drug addicts, people who were drugged out, dogs, fights, fights, fights,…did I say FIGHTS?People were LOUD, outside of my room, having a LOUD conversation about their drugs.I actually got up, out of bed and opened my door- not once, or twice but THREE TIMES to ask politely if they could move along the way.There were parties, people screaming, children yelling, dogs barking, sirens,on top of that- the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking from upstairs and I just threw a towel down and closed the door.I felt like I took crazy pills.I got about an hour of sleep.
