Stayed for the Richie Blackmore concert at the Genting Arena. Very good hotel to stay at close to the arena. Clean; friendly and helpful.

Liked: Clean; tidy; friendly; good location.

Liked: Location. Perfect for NEC. Bus stop 2 mins away
Disliked: Hotel was tired and in need of TLC. A few basics are missing and bedside lights did not work. .. I had been made aware of what to expect, so my expectations were not high. It was relatively clean, but I would not say spotless. Staff were pleasant and the room was large.

Great service from hotel reception...

Liked: Bar and restaurant recently refurbished. Rooms need updating. Lovely garden.
Disliked: Mattress worn and tired. Expensive but think that is down to proximity to airport and NEC.
