Stayed for the Richie Blackmore concert at the Genting Arena. Very good hotel to stay at close to the arena. Clean; friendly and helpful.

Liked: Clean; tidy; friendly; good location.
Disliked: None.

Ok but could have been...

Liked: Had kettle and tv and restaurant
Disliked: No chair to sit old bathroom no where to put soap in shower toilet still had previous tenants poo in it

Won’t be back awful place...

Liked: Good parking Cheap
Disliked: Black mould around shower and washbasin.Reported but nothing done about it - cleaner said she had deep cleaned room.Reported to management.Duty manager took photo and muttered an apology.Heard nothing so rang.Couldn't get duty manager's full name.When I kept getting cut off whilst trying to get e mail address when I called back reception would not pick up until I used a different phone number.E mailed complaint - no reply. E mailed again no reply.reported to Booking .com who also struggled to make contact.negative result.This needs reporting to Environmental health.I didn't see restaurant cleanliness score displayed any where but the food is awful anyway.We ate elsewhere.DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!I' m disappointed booking.com couldn't do more.THis used to be quite a nice hotel what has gone so terribly wrong?

£10 per night parking charge

Disliked: As of November 2024 they're charging £10 per night to park if you book through Booking.com. You can find nicer hotels in the area for the extra £10

Great nights sleep in a...

Liked: Clean and comfortable (if a little chilly in the bedroom I couldn't find the thermostat.Great location for the NEC and a nice meal in the restaurant after a relaxing pint in the bar with a real open fire. Spot on Keep up the good work
Disliked: As above bedroom a little on the cold side

This hotel would be ok...

Liked: Good location, evening meal was good
Disliked: Room was dirty, smelled of damp, there were cobwebs and dust in the room, shower had mould all around trim and sealant, windows seals all crackedBuffet Breakfast food was cold
