The staff make the visit...

Liked: Large parking area, and very quiet and secluded.
Disliked: Really really nitpicking but no lift to the rooms but the property is old and I believe there is only two floors to the top. It was just I had a dodgy knee and I’m sure if they were asked they would have provided assistance. I wish I could give six stars.

Christmas Stay to be close...

Liked: The second time we have stayed here and first time over Christmas. The staff are it's greatest asset, very friendly and professional. The food is good and great range of drinks at the bar. Breakfast is outstanding.
Disliked: The room has had a redecoration, but the bathroom could do with a revamp as it's looking abit tired (the door in room 11 keeps opening on it's own), coat hooks and hangers in the room would be a welcome addition for those who travel from further from home.
