Disliked: We had a dog traveling with us and this was noted at the time of booking and I had several messages back and forward with a staff member about it. When I checked in, I said to the staff member checking me in that they were aware I had a dog? Her words "we are now". It made me feel like a liar and that I was dishonest, not a good start. Units are OK but could do with an overhaul.

Great alternative to camping at...

Liked: Checked in late, but it seems like an awesome place. accommodates lots of different people. The cabins were comfortable and had everything you’d expect/need. Excellent location for visiting Rotokare when you don’t have a tent. We went and saw Kiwis there during the night.
Disliked: The tap in the next door cabin would screech whenever used, so woke us up.
