Liked: Location
Disliked: Poor cleanliness - room dirty and wasn’t cleaned after first night of two night stay. Door lock didn’t work properly so didn’t feel safe. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Ok for the price but...

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was huge. It was ok value for the money though.
Disliked: No staff. Inexperienced staff in the bar who asked if I wanted a ‘single measure of wine’. There was no food available to have. Take away menus were in the room. The continental breakfast was a croissant, cornflakes and a granola yoghurt pot left in the room. There was a mini fridge. The bathroom was showing signs of mildew and had peeling paint. The soap was awful as was the shower gel. There was no one around to help. There were no outdoor lights so struggled to find it in the dark and had to use a torch to find the door as no lighting outside.

Disliked: Hearing the people in the rooms above going to the toilet in the morning.... Rooms aren't very soundproof....

Great location for a stay...

Liked: Great location for getting into Stratford and good amenities on the doorstep, ie a pub, Spar, Indian restaurant. Lovely comfortable King size bed and ample free car parking.
Disliked: The cooker had broken so we were informed upon arrival there was no hot food, ie, no cooked breakfasts would be available. I think we should’ve been informed of this prior to our arrival.

Just disappointed

Liked: The location is fine. This was our 3rd visit to The Limes Hotel, and it will be our last.
Disliked: The apartment we stayed in was just dirty, the fridge had old food and milk in, the settee had all crumbs on it, and it just felt like the room hadn't been cleaned, just the bedding changed thank goodness. There were stains on the toilet bowl and seat that I had to clean before using. Wanted to order breakfast but was told we could only have a continental as the cooker was broke. I had emailed in the week to ask about certain things and had no response either.

Comfortable with friendly staff, shame...

Liked: Location as very close to where I needed to be the next day.
Disliked: No food available on the night I stayed. I may have missed the communication about that when booking. I have eaten in the restaurant before and it was delicious.
