Liked: Everyone was so friendly! It was very clean and it felt like staying in a 4-star hotel. 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend

Liked: Good.location, easy parking, lots of light, windows open in rooms, very nice staff, good breakfast, a pool if you like that ( we didn’t use it, but it was a nice room with windows to outside)lots of Shakespeare related decor. Good fridge and microwave. Beds comfy.
Disliked: Toilet didn’t flush unless you did it yourself by putting your hand in the tank. Boys came up twice but didn’t fix it at all. Bathroom sink also dripped - they need a plumber. But it was minor, actually

Liked: It was strange that we were not told in advance that our room was designed for a person in a wheelchair. Everything was very low. The view overlooking the Safeway parking lot left something to be desired. Although the shower and fixtures in the bathroom were old everything was very clean.The pool and hot tub were in need of some repair to the tiles. It was very busy with families in the morning but I had it all to myself for an afternoon swim on Sat.The staff was sometimes not at the desk (maybe not enough people on duty?) but the people when they were there were very pleasant and helpful. The same can be said for the people working in the breakfast room. The tables could stand to be cleaned more often as there seem to be 'shifts' of diners and not enough tables to choose a clean one. Breakfast is enough to get one going. Nothing to write home about.The location is convenient. The staff is friendly. I felt safe.
Disliked: Bed was too short for a 6' man.Frozen fruit wasn't great.
