Liked: Everything was fine, until it came to breakfast. The queue on both mornings was unbelievable, something needs to be done, we eventually decided to eat out. Everything else regarding the hotel was fantastic.

Liked: Loved everything about our short visit to Strand Palace. Loved the gps outside the lift showing us the route to our room, the snack room and the uber booth. There were some great additions. We had a fabulous afternoon tea for my birthday and you treated us to Prosecco and chocolates n the room too. Can’t shout about our visit enough. Thank you so much.

Liked: I have stayed at the Strand a few times now and as always is a lovely stay. Very easy to find in the centre of London in easy reach of the attractions. The main reason for choosing this hotel is I love the blackout shutters in the rooms which at night when shut makes the room pitch black to get the best nights sleep. Breakfast is also lovely and plentiful and served buffet style.
