Liked: The view from the room.
Disliked: The room was disgustingly filthy. Thick dust on the skirting and cobwebs on the roof. The room was dated and all the furniture was scratched.We asked for a change of room but was told there wasn't one available. The receptionist said she would clean the room when we were out. All she did was mop the bathroom floor with bleach. There was no blind/curtain on the frosted bathroom window. When outside at the car I saw my wife getting washed in the bathroom clearly. She used the shower and toilet without the light after that. The breakfast bacon hard eggs hard and sausages burned. I would have checked out, but this was a break for my wife who has been ill for a period of time therefore I didn't want to spoil it for her. I definitely will not go back or recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing

Liked: The sea view was nice
Disliked: Run down condition of the hotel, mould on ceiling/wall and wallpaper peeling off in the bedroom. Capri sun/diluted orange served for breakfast juice, fried eggs were rubbery, staff seemed to be just going through the motions. Decor was basic and dated. Fine building but badly needs a makeover.

Liked: Great location with so much potential.
Disliked: A lukewarm reception at a run down hotel. The room was awful, if we hadn't been staying at the hotel for a friends party we would have cancelled our second night and gone elsewhere. Tiny bed, poor mattress, old bedding, cheap polyester pillows and duvet, wallpaper peeling, dirty bathroom, blocked sink, broken lights, missing bulbs. Threw my beer away as it tasted off and possibly the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel, literally inedible, after the attending staff member didn't even turn around to greet us just told us to help ourselves.

Friendly helpful staff

Liked: Staff very friendly, food good and value for money. Excellent location. Easy parking, lovely view of beach and golf course. Extra heaters in room if needed.
Disliked: Room a little tired, bathroom needed somewhere to hang towel.
