Convenient, quiet and good value...

Liked: Great location just off the highway. Quiet and like that there is lots of space around to walk dogs
Disliked: There needs to be a fan or air conditioning in the bedroom, it gets very warm in that room and there is only fans and aircon in the main room. Not ideal in summer. The window sills and around the doors had a lot of dead bugs

Birthday weekend away

Liked: We booked here as my 12 year old son wanted his birthday party here for the aqua park. I booked a studio room #1 for myself to stay in it was the closest to the Dorm rooms where all the kids were staying together I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this cabin bathroom was clean, I slept out in the lounge room as it was very hot & the aircon was out there it didn't cool down the bedroom unfortunately kitchen was fully functional full size fridge that was on a fairly big lean backwards lots of cobwebs in side bugs/flys/mosquitoes etc I was glad I had packed fly spray. Port Macquarie is only 20mins away from here.
Disliked: Unlike my cabin the studio #1 The Dorm rooms well you get what you pay for I guess i booked 3 rooms again unlike the photos. rooms were dirty fan was broken, the common room kitchen was good, the tv didnt work the kids were very disappointed they wanted to watch tv together before bed, lots of cobwebs & spiders & wasp nest on the curtains, couldn't use wifi, fridge's smell. The Aqua Park was ok definitely not like the photos online very old & dirty not as many obstacles as in the photo & the left ends obstacles looked semi deflated they had a nice big shaded grass areas with steel & wooden picnic tables to watch the kids play.I received a txt message from the park 24hrs before my arrival that they had a big function on the Saturday it was the RFS family day, If they would of told me earlier I would of cancelled & swapped dates but it was too late couldn't get a refund Its not the parks fault but our day was ruined by some RFS guests, we had set up a spot at 630am for a birthday party it was very busy by the 1st session that starts at 10am and at 1130am we had a British family of 5 come up to our table and threw there belongings on it while I was sitting there without asking me and when i tried to tell them about this is our spot for a party the 3 adults told me too bad they weren't moving that they are with the RFS and I have to share my table because there for everyone etc and said they will be eating our cake because they are staying, I've never come across people that rude and entitled before trying to muscle there way into a seat because they came late, we managed to get them off our table but they sat on the ground right next to us and made our kids uncomfortable all day trying to intimidate them.I'm normally very positive in my reviews but my time here was very disappointing besides from how big my cabin was

Great stay!

Liked: Room was good size and clean. Bedroom was good too. Kitchen had everything we needed. My kids loved the recliner chairs :)
Disliked: All good.
