I’m very disappointed.

Disliked: I was quoted a price before check in. When I checked out I paid $40 more. I will never stay at this Hotel again.

I wouldn’t pay to stay...

Liked: The hot tub was decent. And the decor was pleasing.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable, breakfast was very subpar, cold and way better at lesser value hotels I have stayed at. Room temperature was very up and down. And the hallways were overbearing with the smells used.

No cable for 4 hours...

Disliked: The HEADED pool was cold could not get in it. front desk said they didn't know it was cold

Very cozy and warm place...

Liked: Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great cozy vibes’
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre at best. Still overall was nice to have something in the morning for the kiddos. I wish they had more options for breakfast. They mainly served sausage which when I bit into had rocks or bones in it most of the time. Fruit was always the same and bananas looked like they had been there several days. Fresh melon or or waffles would’ve been nice! Pancakes were chewy. Also the elevator inspection was out by a several months. I think this was just an oversight.
