Good hotel
Liked: Great hotel! Hot tub and pool exceptional. Pool was warm and was indoors and outdoors. Breakfast was great with options. Staff was welcoming and courteous.

Liked: Loved the decor, comfortable bed, atmosphere, friendly staff, breakfast !
Disliked: Cold water for the hot tub, but after talking to a hotel clerk we found out there was only one working water heater and so had to wait for it to warm up again to use the water, which was ok after that. Yet the next morning it was cold again

Beyond Charming and clean!
Liked: Be ready. The over all interior theme..Love it! Uncertain if the hot tub in the pool area had a waterfall at one time, but the rock detail...we really liked it. The staff were on point, the smell of the hotel per my other half is the same (family reunions for 13 years) and for my first time, out of all of my travels the best smelling. One of my preferred hotels has been The Union Station is St. Louis (I am a bit picky) So that speaks well. Over all presentation exceeded what I had hoped. The breakfast had a decent selection. Excellent choice in soaps available for our room. Ooh and the accent of pics on the elevator. Very nice.
Disliked: Maybe a few larger options for pool towels? And perhaps maybe not have the fire alarm right next to the bathroom? My child did not use the fan and as soon as he came out apparently the fire alarm went off. Very embarassing! However, glad to have working safety equipment.
